In this video I give Claude Code one job: turn three raw, unedited video files into a finished, published-ready YouTube video. No editor, no editing software, no timeline tutorials. You'll see the exact process, live inside Claude Desktop, no dry run. First Claude cuts my dead air and retakes by listening for what's actually my voice. Then it builds a graphics outline for animated visuals, styled and timed. Then it drops in AI-generated b-roll where the video actually needs it. Then, when the first pass isn't quite right (it never is first try), one correction fixes it. Then everything gets stitched into one finished video, same style throughout, so it all feels intentional.
